Applicability. This unified Privacy Policy applies to all three mobile applications owned and operated by KONNECT IMAGING & DIAGNOSTICS PVT. LTD.: Konnect Diagnostics App, Konnect Phlebotomist App, and Konnect Partner App (collectively, “Konnect Apps”).

1) Introduction & Legal Framework

We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and disclose information when you use the Konnect Apps or our website (www.konnectdiagnostics.com).

Test orders, sample collection details, clinical notes provided by you/your doctor, reports and results; for phlebotomists: visit schedules, route logs, and task status.

3.3 Transaction Data

Billing, payment status, and limited payment instrument references (we do not store full card details—payments are processed via compliant gateways).

3.4 Device & Usage Data

Device model, OS, app version, unique identifiers, IP address, timestamps, crash logs, and analytics.

3.5 Location Data

Approximate or precise location (with permissions) for enabling services such as home sample collection/logistics.

3.6 Communications & Feedback

Messages, support tickets, emails, ratings, surveys.

4) Lawful Bases for Processing (GDPR, where applicable)

Consent (e.g., marketing, certain health data uses).
Contract performance (to provide requested diagnostic services, partner operations).
Legal obligation (e.g., record-keeping, regulatory reporting).

8) International Transfers & Cloud Hosting

Primary data storage is intended within India. However, certain processing or backups may utilise secure cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Microsoft Azure. For dissatisfaction with services purchased via the Konnect Apps, you may request a cancellation/refund as per our refund policy. Payment refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method or as mandated by the gateway/bank.

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, or practices. Material changes will be notified within the apps or on our website. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

16) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to applicable mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws.
